Great Job Ideas for Connecticut

Connecticut Job Ideas

Just out of the Military from Connecticut:

Maybe you just got out of the Military and you’re in Connecticut looking for a job.  People are eager to hire you.  You are well trained, disciplined, and America wants to hire you.  Here you will find some interesting fact for finding employment.

Look you served your country, now let your country serve you.  Be proud and let you future employer know you serve in the World’s Greatest Military for the World’s Greatest Country.  Employers are looking for you, but without a sign you’re not going to be found.  The Employers that offer jobs in Connecticut can’t be found either without looking for their sign. Sometimes the signs are hidden, although you were taught to be strong willed, smart, intelligent, now it’s the time to use it!

Just some tips from an employer’s view:

Don’t concentrate on one thing.  Show all that you have learned. Yes you if you were in the military you had a job assignment.  Before you got your job assignment you were trained in a lot of other areas.

Sit down make a list of everything you were trained for and include that in your resume.  Also I don’t care what anybody says make a cover sheet!  Some will tell you don’t bother, I talk to employers and human resource managers all the time and they say make a cover sheet.  If you’re going for a job that is Apply Online include everything about you.  Don’t leave any blanks, even if you have to put “N/A” fill in the blank and read every question.
